Is-sinjal għal ROLLERS SĦAN għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal imqassar għal ROLLER. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 1. Il-werrej ta’ id waħda titqiegħed fuq il-ġbin fuq il-linja tax-xagħar waqt li l-werrej l-ieħor jitqiegħed livell tal-geddum bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. Imbagħad il-werrejja iduru ma’ xulxin waqt li jippuntaw lejn xulxin, jitrikkbu ftit u jitilgħu ’l fuq sakemm jaslu fejn il-linja tax-xagħar u jieqfu mrikkba ftit fuq xulxin. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal SĦANA. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’l isfel hdejn il-ġenb tal-wiċċ. L-id tferfer ftit ’l isfel qisha qed trewwaħ.
The sign for HOT ROLLERS has two parts. (i) First the shortened sign for ROLLER is made with both hands in the shape of 1. The index finger of one hand is placed on the forehead over the hairline whilst the other index finger is at chin level. Both palm face downwards. Then the index fingers rotate over each other as they point towards each other, overlap a little and move upwards until they reach the hairline where they stop, overlapping a little. (ii) Then the sign for HOT is made. (ii) Then the sign for HOT is made. One hand takes the shape of 5 with palm facing downwards near the side of the face. The hand flutters downwards a little as though fanning.
